Every business website needs a responsive helpdesk to foster client satisfaction and growth. Live Helpdesk from ADII envisages to provide a robust tool in the hand of webmasters to interact with their website visitors and to improve their RoI radically.

Live Helpdesk

Live Helpdesk is designed to have the following components:

  1. Central Web System: This is the core of Live Helpdesk and can be installed on any 3rd-party web server. We shall also provide hosted service.
  2. Web API: Live Helpdesk can be integrated with a website to handle visitor inputs and subsequent interaction. We shall also provide interface for integrating Live Helpdesk with 3rd-party applications.
  3. Desktop client: The desktop client can be installed on a Microsoft Windows system, and can be used to interact with the central web system seamlessly.

We plan to release BETA of Live Helpdesk in April 2009.
