ADII Research & Applications (P) Limited was incorporated in April 25, 2005 with the Registrar of Companies, India, under the Companies Act 1956. The name ADII stands for Agile Digital Intelligence and Innovations. The word also means primitive or original in Sanskrit, which syncs to the original nature of work being done in the company. ADII is privately funded, and is based in Bhubaneswar, IT hub in the eastern part of India.
