Google Chrome – New Addition to The Basket of Brilliant Browsers

With new Firefox doing well, we were not expecting another browser as such. Firefox has done quite well to take the utility of web browser from an “Explorer” to a tool to use distributed (web) applications. However, it is exciting to see the features that Google Chrome offers. We have come a long way from Mosaic to Google’s Chrome.

The major leap is in terms of user experience with browser. Simple user interface with minimalistic buttons and bars makes it easily acceptable to a new user. Each tab is independent now to make the whole browser crash-proof against crash of an individual tab. You do not have to close the entire browser in between your prolong research work on Internet or in between long strenuous work on your company Internet. The browser is also faster in executing scripts and rendering HTML except while starting contacting server host – Microsoft’s IE is genius at that.
